The tea concept is great, but the service was lazy. The tea brewing/infusing... technique was quite slow. Costumer Service was ok, nothing special.
Pros:
Cons: slow service
Nice Place for a Cup Of Tea and Dessert Reviewed by svantico on

This is a newer business and the look mirrors a small Peet's Coffee, clean and well-stocked. The desserts looked yummy as did the tea. The second time I came in I was very turned off because they offered some sort of pork lunch and while the smell on its own was good, I didn't expect that in a tea/dessert place. If I want to sit down for a hot drink and a little snack, I want it to smell sweet. Nonetheless, this is a nice alternative to the coffee chains and offers Arrowhead Village shoppers a nice little spot for a rest.
Great tea, but high prices! Reviewed by HelloMetro User on

This store features some very exotic, but high quality tea. The quality is very good, The service is decent, but the prices are way too high. Getting a cup to drink is one thing, but when you spend 3-4x that for the loose leaf that's another.
