Customer service: Horrible
I went to make a deal for 09 Maxima. The sales people were great. Good customer service. The manager did not agree with my offer. At the end he came out of his office and rejected my price. I said sorry for not doing business with you. His reply was: Donât apologize, I did not lose your business, I am kicking you out of here.â These were the managerâs words. Very poor choice of words.

This dealership was in a new location and their show room was in excellent condition. Our salesman took us right to the car we were interested in and we test drove the Nissan Rouge. We got a firm price from their financial man. We got very good service but we ended up buying our Rouge from another dealer as we used the AAA vehicle buying program.
