It is a blessing that the 5 founders opened the school when they did.I held my daughter back in 3rd grade and I was scared when she was going to go back to her home school. I found out about Soar and I put her at Soar and I am so glad that I did.The teachers are so caring and they want to see their kids succeed in their school life and beyond.All the teachers know each one of the kids name and their parents.You can go to anyone of the teachers and ask a question they will give you an answer with a smile. Erin enjoys going to school,one time she had a migraine and before noon she felt better and I had to go home and get her and she went back to school.Yes we are a small school but even when the school gets bigger I feel that the school will stay the same and the teachers will care even more. “Soar Charter Academy is the 'Absolute BEST' school I have sent my child to in his 10 years of life. They really work for the children and the parents. They are 'unlike' so many other schools, 'true, wise, and honest' communicators with the parents in regards to your child's abilities, progress, attitude, grades, and so much more. They keep us parents very well informed 'Daily'. I ask once and believe it is done. Furthermore, they are website available and when your child may say there is 'No homework' you can go online and see for yourself what took place in the class that day. My child has some minor special needs and with that 'UNLIKE' other schools, he was not singled out, or harrassed, they really encourage and strenthen his abilites. They give so many ideas to myself as to what can be done and how things can be done. I am so happy with Soar Charter Academy.”

“I have worked with most of the founders, and when I heard they where going to start a charter school I knew my grand-daughter had to go to this school. The teachers are great teachers and they care about the students, they really want the kids to learn not just in their education but also in there moral values. Also the teachers interact outside school hours such as going to their birthday parties or some the events the kids have. Soar Charter Academy is the BEST school in San Bernardino.”

“Soar is an spectacular school! It provides children with an amazing learning environment that is full of praise and encouragement while remaining academically challenging. Children who excel in a subject receive independent study which allows them to blossom and feel fantastic about themselves. The kids who are struggling get extra help directly from the teacher, a home to school collaboration, and by having children work in small groups with a t.a. In general, the kids are some of the most wonderfully well rounded little people one can hope to meet-they are responsible, respectful, caring, and helpful-which reflects both on the parents and the school as character education is as emphasized at Soar as academics. “SOAR Charter Academy has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. She was struggling with the public school she had previously attended and we were looking for something better for her. And one day I saw a sign on a car, 'SOAR Charter Academy'. I said to myself that I need to check that school out. Well I went to a meeting for enrollment and my daughter made was accepted. She has been there since the school opened. The teachers are incredible! The staff is very kind and helful, especially the secretary. She goes out of her way to help everyone. My daughter is challenged by her teachers everyday and loves going to school. They have fun school activities during the school year for all the students, awards ceremonies and positive consequences for when a student does something wrong. All the students are treated equally. The staff makes a point to teach the students values and morals. The five founders have made an amazing change in San Bernardino and we thank God everyday that our daughter is able to attend such a wonderful school. And that our son will be able to also be a future student there as well. My daughter is excelling in all subjects and she now goes out of her way to try harder to keep good grades. So thank you SOAR for all you do!!!”
