Other notable parks include the Glen Helen Regional Park, operated by San Bernardino County, located in the northernmost part of the city. The modified flood control channel feeds the Santa Ana River, which is formed in the winter months by warm, dry air flowing through the pass. As the warm and dry air passes through this pass, the seasonal Santa Ana wind is felt all year round. Other attractions in San Bernardino include ASU's Fox Theatre and the McDonald's Museum, which is located at the original location of the world's first McDonald's.
